Towards the end of 2009 I saw some tracks poppin’ up by a collective called ‘The Crowd’ which have been touching my groove strings.
The Crowd is a trio that consists of two Emcees (Akil Dasan & Randy Mason) and a female vocalist (Adeline). their music is an exciting new style of Hip-Hop-Pop that combines with some very cool soul vocals. The group have been playing some awesome gigs around NYC and below is another great performance taken from ‘The Harlem Stage’.
